Offer of Employment

We are pleased to offer you the position of Remote Customer Service Representative with THE FURNITURE TEAM. This offer is contingent upon successful completion of required onboarding documentation and employment eligibility verification.

Employment Type: Remote (Full-Time or Part-Time, to be confirmed during onboarding)
Reporting To: Recruitment Manager / Assigned Team Lead
Work Location: United States (Remote)

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and role alignment)
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly via direct deposit

Onboarding Incentive:
This position may include a one-time onboarding bonus, subject to company policy and eligibility requirements. Any applicable bonus, if approved, will be issued following successful completion of onboarding and initial training.

This position is classified as a W-2 employee role. Employment with THE FURNITURE TEAM is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable law.
